Cuttle Mill Business Park is situated in a prominent position next to the A5 Watling Street, just 1.75 miles south of Towcester. Based around a former stone water powered grain mill complex which is now home to several different companies, the site is bisected by the original mill stream which flows underneath the A5 via an attractive vaulted tunnel. Cuttle Mill has recently gained an imposing new gated entrance and flanking walls which give excellent security and privacy. The recently landscaped car park is finished to the same high standard as its sister site at Pury Hill.

The surrounding land extends to 25 acres which will soon be made available to occupiers who wish to stretch their legs during the working day. This will be via the shared use of the 1.5 mile grass agricultural access track that follows a circular route alongside the stream and through mature and newly established woodland.

In terms of local amenities, close proximity to Towcester is an obvious advantage. However, there is also a Budgens supermarket store half a mile south along the A5 that shares the Paulerspury Shell garage premises.

Cuttle Mill business park is in an excellent location, being only a couple of miles away from the A43 dual carriage way which connects the M1 (J15A 8 miles) to the M40 (J10 19 miles). Also Stony Stratford with MK just beyond is only 5 miles or 5 minutes drive away along the straight A5 Roman road.
