Unit 9 is a stone and brick former farm workshop and is suitable for storage/workshop use. It is fully insulated with a false ceiling at 3.2m high with flourescent lighting and a 3 phase electricity supply with E7 storage heaters. There is an integral small office/kitchen with use of a site toilet block only 20m away (a toilet could be fitted if required). Access is via 3m x 3m steel doors and there is an additional pedestrian side entrance directly into the office. Allocated parking is situated directly outside the building with plenty of additional parking on the site.
