Specification
Each office unit is self-contained and independent, with at least one separate meeting room and all have a kitchen and a minimum of 2 WC's. Many of the more recent buildings are fully air-conditioned, and a number of the 2-storey suites have a private balcony overlooking the Park's landscaped courtyards and gardens, or out on to the surrounding countryside. Each leaseholder is responsible for the interior only, while Pury Hill look after the building exterior and all aspects of the site.
Combining the highest standards of modern building with traditional style and many local materials, all of our new-build properties make use of reclaimed materials where appropriate. Working with 200-year-old bricks, Welsh slate, limestone, architectural ironmongery, York flagstones, terracotta tiles and wooden beams produces a stylish appearance together with sturdy construction, and the benefits of excellent sound proofing and fire resistance qualities.
The offices have high ceilings and CAT2 lighting, to achieve a sense of open, roomy spaciousness.
Extensive landscaping and planting, including an ornamental pond, provide excellent areas for a relaxing break, or an outdoor meeting.
IT/Communication
Broadband capable telephone points and computer connection points with 2 double sockets are fitted in movable floor boxes, spread at approximately 1 per 150 sq ft of floor space.
Parking
Access to the Business Park is suitable for all vehicles, and there is more than ample free car parking space. There are exclusive parking areas for each office, usually within a few yards of the building.
Security
Each office is equipped with its own internal proximity alarm system, which is the responsibility of the individual leaseholder. As extra security, the site has a 24/7 CCTV system, and all offices have separate links to central stations. Pury Hill will respond to any alarm within 2 to 3 minutes.
Access to and from the Business Park during normal office hours is via a manned security gate, and all resident and visitor traffic is controlled by vehicle passes. At other times, access is via an electronic security keypad.
Night lighting, controlled by photo-cells, is provided for the whole Park as part of the service charge.
